Every default binding. The Command Palette (⌘/) shows the live bindings if you remap.
To remap: View ▸ Keyboard Shortcuts… (also Preferences ▸ Editing ▸ Keyboard shortcuts…). Click a command's chord, press the new one, and it takes effect immediately; the ✕ beside a chord clears it, and Reset to defaults puts everything back. Your changes are saved as differences from the defaults, so they survive relaunches — and a command you never touched still picks up a new default if a later Zammoth changes one. The File and View menu commands (New, Open, Save, Export, Zoom…) keep their standard chords and aren't listed.
